Suri Cruise Fashion Statements 2010 & 2011

Suri Cruise Fashion Statements

If you’ve ever seen the adorable little daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, then you may have noticed her dress. Even though she is dressed by her mom, it doesn’t mean that the little one doesn’t have a very unique style of her very own.

Dresses.

Suri is shown in many photos to be wearing lots of dresses. Dresses are feminine, they’re cute, and if you look at what she’s wearing, you may notice that she’s wearing comfortable, loose-flowing dresses most of the time. Her dresses may be a wee bit fitted around the tummy and chest, but the skirt is loose and free: something that a little one can run around in without falling and getting hurt. Her dresses usually have very simple patterns that are small and not overly flashy. Stripes or small splotches of color are seen frequently.

Blouses and Skirts.

Another thing you may have noticed is that although her wardrobe does consist of quite a few dresses, there’s also quite a few skirt and shirt combinations. Her skirts range from ruffled, short skirts to denim skirts. Her clothing is very modest (no mini’s for Miss Suri!) and easy to play in.

Shoes.

Suri generally wears stylish, yet elegant shoes for a little one. She has a collection of flat shoes that can be used for dress or play (albeit more likely just for dress).

Hair. If you’ve seen Suri recently, you will have noticed how much her little brown bob has grown out into lovely long locks. She normally wears her hair down or with a few minor accessories. With such pretty hair, why not flaunt it?

Picking Out the Perfect Dress for Your Body Type, 2010 & 2011 Tips

Picking Out the Perfect Dress for Your Body Type

It doesn’t matter if you’re skinny as a toothpick or a little bit heavier, there is a perfect dress for every girl and she can find it with just a little bit of effort.

If you have a big butt and you can not lie, then one thing that you may be trying to accentuate is your bust. You can do so by picking a dress that is a v-neck that comes up right underneath the breasts and has patterned fabric to bring attention to that area. Frills and ruffles on the sides also accentuate and make things look a little bit more even.

If your bust is your main area of concentration, then you want something that is plain at the top, but more intricate around the hips. If there is a small belt or the skirt of the dress is a different color than the top, then this will work perfectly. You can also take a separate belt of a contrasting color and sling it around your hips to make them a bit of a focal point.

If you’re tall, skinny, and rather flat in all areas, then you want something that accentuates not only your bust, but also your hips. This can be achieved with something fitted at the waist, and at the top, but with a loose, flowing skirt. This will show that you have a bust and hips, and give the illusion of curves. No extra padding required!

If you are a bit of a heavier girl, you aren’t left out by any means, and you certainly don’t have to give up style just because you weigh a little bit more than anyone else.

Pretty much, you need a dress similar to that of a tall and extremely skinny girl, but try to stick to big, bold patterns that aren’t defined. No little flowers and junk. You want something big, bold, but not bright. You want something with muted colors but a lot of them. You can also pair it with a cute little cardigan (white and black always look pretty with a bright dress) and a pair of ballet flats to give it a little bit of extra flair.
